“The little boy in this story is worried about a fish going around in his stomach. In time this fish becomes two, or three, or four fish! He tries his best to get rid of her but she gets bigger and bigger, and he ends up failing. The little boy asks for help, so he asks his father, grandmother and friend Radwan, but none of them give him a suitable solution for the spinning fish. So he goes to his mother, who listens carefully to his problem and takes him to the doctor. The story sheds light on children's feelings of anxiety and how it affects their behavior and daily life and makes them drown in self-criticism and negative feelings.
